When Scarlet O’Hara had nothing new to wear, she took the drapes down and made herself a dress! Things sure have changed….Today we have inflatable couture.

Who Knew??? Seriously, did any of you know that this fashion trend of inflatable couture existed? Could you have ever imagined that someone would think of it and THEN actually do it? I googled dress made out of balloons and 408,000 pages came up!!!!! This is could clearly be a case of way too much time on your hands!
Did the designers begin their careers as clowns making balloon animals at street fairs and birthday parties? Clearly this takes if not talent, then at least great lungs and a lot of patience. Maybe they’ll make it an Olympic sport, just about everything else is…..
Anyway, my friend Rachel sent them to me and I couldn’t resist sharing them with you all.That and the fact that somehow I managed to post my Fab Foto Friday blog on Thursday! Yes I did, I guess I thought Thursday morning was Friday morning and oh well, you see what happened! But these are Fab Fotos too so enjoy. And apparently if you want to actually see these creations, there are fashion shows – Las Vegas and Shanghai are at least two venues.

I love great photography and am fascinated by what the eye of the camera sees when in the hands of a talented photographer and artist. Today’s photos represent just that – the camera zoomed in on one little aspect and WOW!!! …and as I say, “Art is where you find it”.
