Last week, I published 10 A words and am thinking I’ll just cruise through the alphabet. So stick around and check back, hopefully I’ll get back to keeping this list thing going for Thursdays. Pretty funny since it’s now 12:29am Sunday morning.
- Baggywrinkle – a frayed out rope used on ship rigging to prevent chafing.
- Barmecide – a false benefactor.
- Backberand – a thief caught with the goods.
- Bauchle – an old shoe or one with worn heels.
- Bandoline – a smelly hair goo made from boiled quince pips.
- Bedswerver – an unfaithful spouse.
- Billingsgate – coarse or abusive talk.
- Bonnyclabber – coagulated, sour milk.
- Bradyyarthria – slow talking.
- Breastsummer – a beam or girder set over an opening, as a doorway
Unusual? Definitely, Obscure? Of course, Preposterous? Ay-yeh
Bill Ding and his band of clowns are the security patrol for this blog site. He is a favorite toy from the 50*s. By the way sometimes a blog is just an ego-maniacal stream of conscience.
