SIX WORD MEMOIR MONDAY

This week the title of the book that I quote every week (except this week) in this Six Word Memoir blog post just seemed perfectly appropriate for me.  Nothing seems to be going not quite what I was planning; the income tax return, the trip home, the diet, this very day, the mortgage escrow payment, and before this day is done, I’m sure I can add a few more.  BUT…that’s not what this post is about.

On the UPSIDE, I received several replies to my desperate plea for some reader response to the eternal question; One Life, Six Words, What’s Yours?  So happy that you responded with your own Six Word Memoirs and here they are:

Unfortunately I don’t have access to the book, Not Quite What I Was Planning today,  so I can’t post any of those wonderful gems from writers both famous and obscure; which brings me full circle to my own not quite what I was planning day.
