Conspiracy Theory Wednesday

General Charles Cabell, whose brother Earl was the mayor of Dallas in 1963, was a former Air Force Intelligence Chief and CIA Deputy Director under Allen Dulles from 1953 to 1961.  After meeting all night before the 1961 invasion of Cuba with E. Howard Hunt, David Phillips, and others, Cabell phoned President Kennedy at 4:00am to ask for U.S. air support for the Bay of Pigs landing.  Kennedy’s refusal meant sending their proxy army to certain defeat.  Soon after the failed invasion, Kennedy fired Dulles and Cabell, and threatened to “splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds”.  “Cabell never forgave the President, and criticized him publicly and often.  On one such occasion in 1962, he was introduced to the Foreign Policy Association of New Orleans by Clay Shaw.

A heavy military intelligence presence pervaded Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963.  That morning, FBI agent James Hosty met with an unnamed Army Intelligence officer.  Secret Service agent Winston Lawson, who approved the motorcade route, was a member of Army Intelligence Reserve (AIR).  Deputy Police Chief and AIR officer George Lumpkin rode on the  motorcade’s pilot car.  James W. Powell, another AIR officer, was stationed in front of the Texas School Book Depository, and was present when the rifle was found on the sixth floor.  The local head of Army Intelligence was oil man Jack Chrichton, who recommended the first Russian interpreter used by the Secret Service in questioning Marina Oswald.  The true nature of Lee Oswald’s connection to miliary intelligence remains obscure because Defense Intelligence Agency files on him were never shown to the Warren Commission and were later “routinely ” destroyed.

Week 21 and if you have been following this conspiracy you can see how all the “players”  are coming together!  And the names are getting more and more familiar as the conspiracy theory is leading us to higher and higher placed individuals. Just remember – every conspiracy is not a theory!

Marina Oswald Porter in Minsk born Marina Alex...

Week 17 – Delving into the COUP D’ETAT conspiracy is like peeling an onion, layer by layer.  The web of omissions, contradictions, deceptions, misconceptions and LIES unravels this theory week by week.

Marina Oswald

After Oswald’s arrest, his Russian-born wife, Marina, was quoted as saying, “Lee good man.  Lee not shoot anyone.”  For the next few months she was held in “protective custody” at the Inn of the Six Flags motel and questioned by agents of the Secret Service, the FBI, and the Great South West Corporation (owners of the motel, two of whose employees later became her legal representatives).  Despite the fact that Marina “lied repeatedly” to her captors, her testimony that Oswald owned and practiced with a rifle., and had previously tried to kill General Edwin Walker, was used to buttress the case against him.

Reinforcing her testimony was that of Mrs. Ruth Paine, with whom Marian had stayed for two months prior to the assassination in addition to confirming Marina’s story.  Paine cooperated with James Hosty, the agent who had charge of Oswald’s  FBI file.Hosty had interviewed Paine and Marina twice prior to November 22, and Paine later supplied him with evidence against Oswald.  While Paine and her temporarily estranged husband Michael were self-professed liberals, his family (with whom she lived for two months prior to harboring Marina) had intelligence connections: three close relatives were directors of the CIA-connected United Fruit Co. , his great-grandfather founded Bell Telephone, and he himself had a top security clearance at Bell Helico0per.  It was Ruth Paine who found Lee Oswald a job at the Texas School Book Depository.

Today, Marina states that threat of deportation were used to compel her testimony, that her husband was a federal agent who “adored” Kennedy, that someone impersonated Lee to incriminate him, and that he was killed to silence him.

Every Conspiracy is NOT a theory

This is the 4th installment in the detailing of a conspiracy theory about the assassination of President Kennedy.

CROSSFIRE

Thirty minutes after the assassination, Dallas Police found what they assumed to be a sniper’s nest – boxes piled high around a sixth floor window in the easternmost corner of the Texas School Book Depository (TSBD).  Three spent shells lay neatly on the floor in front of the window.  Twenty minutes later a rifle, identified in a sworn affidavit by Dallas Police as a 7.65mm German Mauser, was found under a pile of books in another corner of the sixth floor.  The next day the rifle was re-identified as a 6.5mm Italian Mannlicher-Carcano that ballistically matched the three shells.

Of the 138 witnesses to the assassination later asked to testify as to where the shots came from, 32 said they came from the TSBD to the right rear of the President, while 58 named the grassy knoll above and to the right front of the limousine as the source of the shots.  Most of the other 48 witnesses heard shots from both directions.  In addition, many smelled gun-powder near the picket fence on the grassy knoll.  Police and bystanders rushed up the embankment toward the knoll.  Fresh footprints were seen behind the picket fence.  The first Dallas policeman to reach the parking lot above the knoll encountered a sloppily dressed man standing by a car, who produced Secret Service credentials.  The Secret Service later denied any knowledge of this “agent“.

At 2:30pm a man was brought into police headquarters under suspicion of killing a police officer.  His name was Lee Harvey Oswald, an employee of the TSBD, whose manager, Roy Truly, had last seen him two minutes after the assassination, drinking a Coke outside the second floor lunchroom.
